Dial Wood Carriage Driving for the Disabled

TRAVEL FROM WAKEFIELD:

• Take the Denby Dale Road A636 under the M1 and past Cedar Court Hotel. Continue along this road until you come to a roundabout. Take the third (3rd) exit towards Huddersfield/Flockton.

• Continue past The Black Bull pub. Look out for the white water tower dwelling on the right. Just after the brow of the hill, turn right. You will see the sign for HMP New Hall and our purple Dial Wood signs.

• Go down the road with speed bumps and turn left at the junction. At the barrier, press the button and let them know that you are going to the RDA Dial Wood stables. Proceed past the prison gate and follow the wall round to the car park. Dial Wood stables are above the car park on the left.

TRAVEL FROM HUDDERSFIELD:

​

• Head out of Huddersfield towards Wakefield. At Grange Moor roundabout take the Barnsley road to Flockton.

• Continue through Flockton village looking for a white water tower dwelling on the left. Before reaching the water tower, turn left toward HMP New Hall and follow our purple Dial Wood signs.

• Go down the road with speed bumps and turn left at the junction. At the barrier, press the button and let them know that you are going to the RDA Dial Wood stables. Proceed past the prison gate and follow the wall round to the car park. Dial Wood stables are above the car park on the left.
